    • To use it as a swing: Fix the hemp rope to your ceiling and insert the rope in the specially cut slots that are located at the both ends of the board. Straighten the board, adjust the ropes and enjoy the swing to the fullest! You can be sure that will become the very favorite spot in the house for both, children and adults!
    • To use it as a balance board: Simply remove the board from the rope, put in on the floor and enjoy all the benefits it can give. Flip it, swing it, use it. There is no limit for age and your imagination. Playing with balance board is quite intelligent process, because it develops: creativity, imagination, balance, exercise, routine.
